The problem
High-ticket coaching and education businesses typically operate across multiple disconnected platforms for lead management, appointment scheduling, contracts, payment processing, and reporting. Teams constantly switched between tools, manually reconciled data, and struggled to gain a complete view of their sales pipeline.
The approach
I helped architect and build Hermon as a multi-tenant revenue operations platform that unified the entire customer journey into a single workspace.
The platform integrates multiple payment providers, appointment scheduling, contract management, webhook automation, custom fields, saved views, provider integrations, background workers, and an AI-powered analytics assistant capable of answering business questions using natural language.
Particular attention was given to scalability through modular architecture, BullMQ workers, Redis caching, provider abstraction layers, and organization-level data isolation.
The result
Hermon evolved into a production-ready SaaS platform capable of supporting complex business workflows that previously required numerous disconnected tools. The architecture allows organizations to customize workflows while maintaining strong tenant isolation and operational scalability.
