The problem
Growing businesses needed better visibility into inventory movement, stock levels, purchasing, and warehouse operations without relying on spreadsheets.
The approach
I designed and developed modules for inventory tracking, purchase orders, stock transfers, supplier management, barcode support, and operational dashboards with role-based access.
